A Nevada
household.
Two brothers. One facility. A plain idea — that a storage house should keep the things inside it with the same patience you'd keep them at home.
We opened in the fall of 2010 on a stretch of Sunset Road that still felt like the edge of the city. The first tenants were neighbors, two restaurants, and a woman who brought in her grandmother's sewing machine. Fifteen years later she's still here.
We answer our own phone. We know what's in half the units by name. And we've resisted, every year, every offer to sell to a corporate chain — because the reason people keep coming back is the same reason we keep the doors open: it's a storage house, not an investment.

Solutions
Solutions
Three things we won't compromise on.
Care
Everything we keep belongs to someone. We treat every suite the way we'd want our own kept.
Candor
The price we quote is the bill you pay. No admin fees, no surprise increases, ever.
Craft
A facility is a piece of architecture. We maintain ours the way a hotel maintains its lobby.
“We keep a house, not a warehouse.”
